Parking Experience — end-to-end B2C flow for finding, booking, and paying for parking, developed as part of an automotive R&D initiative. Designed in a team of 5 designers across mobile app and in-car touchscreen. Focused on creating a seamless cross-platform experience, ensuring smooth transitions between interfaces. Covered complex scenarios such as offline usage (underground parking), auto-renewal, car location, route guidance, and on-the-spot parking search, including a lock screen widget for quick access. Conducted user research and real-world testing in vehicles to validate flows and improve usability in real driving conditions.
